Shanghai Hongli Pharmaceutical Packing Material Ltd was establishde in 1994.It’s a professional production of pharmaceutical packaging with aluminum foil(PTP),pharmaceutical packaging with laminated film(bags),cold forming aluminum and tropical.Hongli Ltd is also a member of The National Drugs Packaging Association.Hongli Ltd is fully certified and has passed the British Moody Corporation’s ISO9001:2000 quality system authentication.

The company is located in Shanghai Pudong’s regenerated area nearby the international airport. The factory encompasses 40000㎡of land,GMP the standard workshop 3000㎡. We have invested more than 50 million RMB on the project and so far we have registered 30 million RMB. The yearly productivity amounts up to 2000tons/years making us one of the leaders in our field.The company has introduced the domestic and foreign Advanced Productions Facility and is fully equip with state of the art technology. Product Technique Process ：

Under the guidance of the standard of GMP, the softwate and hardware are both can meet the requirement of technique processes. The precise and approved technique processes is the base of assuring the quality of the packaging of the medicinal material and is the most important control of every step to establish the foundation of the end quality of the products.

The machine uses eight different colors to produce embossed styled prints. The system is fully automated by a central computer controlled system. Mitsubishi tension control system. Accuracy is ≤±0.10mm,speed 150m/min. This is a very advanced printing machine.
